CARMEN
01 / FIRST CONTACT

We meet in 20 minutes

No cost · No commitment

You reach out via email or the contact form. We schedule a 20-minute call where you tell me what's happening with your business. I ask specific questions and tell you honestly whether Carmen can help.

ON THIS CALL
  • I understand your current situation
  • We evaluate together if Carmen is the right service
  • If it's not a fit, I point you toward something that is
  • If it fits, we agree on next steps
02 / DIAGNOSIS

I analyze your business in depth

USD 500 · 2 weeks

If we decide to move forward, the Diagnosis begins. For two weeks I enter your operation: I review systems, spreadsheets, processes. We see the reality as it is, not the tidy version. At the end you get a concrete report.

THE REPORT INCLUDES
  • A snapshot of your current operation
  • List of KPIs you should be tracking
  • Prioritized automatable processes
  • Time savings estimate per automation
  • Recommended Setup proposal
  • 1-hour final meeting to present everything
03 / DECISION

You decide how to move forward

Your company, your call

With the report in hand, you decide. You can continue with Carmen, take the report and implement it yourself, or hand it to someone else. It's yours. No exclusivity clauses.

YOUR OPTIONS
  • Continue with Setup + Monthly (most common)
  • Setup only (no ongoing support)
  • A specific one-off project
  • Keep just the report
04 / IMPLEMENTATION

I build the system

Based on Setup level

We start with a kickoff to confirm the final scope. Then I work on a clear schedule: you know what week we're on and what's being delivered. Everything documented, everything explained to your team at the end.

YOUR ROLE IN THE PROCESS
  • Read-only access to the systems to integrate
  • Validation of each deliverable
  • Participation in kickoff and final delivery
  • Availability for questions during implementation
05 / ONGOING SUPPORT

Your operation stays alive

From USD 400 / month

If you choose Carmen Monthly, the monthly rhythm starts: you receive your reports, we have our periodic meetings, and when you need something additional, you write to me. Everything under the agreed plan.

TYPICAL CADENCE
  • Monthly or weekly report (by plan)
  • Periodic review meetings
  • Support via email
  • Continuous monitoring of automations
  • Alerts when something needs attention

How I work, in practice.

More than corporate values, these are concrete rules I apply every day.

PRINCIPLE 01

Scope is what's written

What's in the contract is exactly what gets delivered. If something new comes up during implementation, it's quoted separately with transparency. No "favor" work that creates misunderstandings later.

PRINCIPLE 02

What's yours is yours

Everything I build for you stays under your name. Automations, dashboards, access, documentation. If at any point you decide not to continue with Carmen, you take everything working.

PRINCIPLE 03

Direct communication

No unnecessary jargon. If something can't be done, I say so. If something is costly, I say so. If you can solve it on your own, I also say so.

PRINCIPLE 04

Deadlines are met

If I say 5 weeks, it's 5 weeks. If something slips on my end, I let you know early and explain why. If it slips on yours, we talk about that too.

What clients ask before hiring.

Yes, absolutely. The Diagnosis is a standalone service. At the end, the report is yours and you can use it as you wish: with Carmen, with someone else, or on your own. No obligation to continue.
Because it's not just a report. It's two weeks working with your information, cross-checking data, understanding your operation, and building a document that helps you make decisions. The value isn't in the PDF: it's in the analysis behind it.
I let you know, explain what it is and what it would cost to add. You decide whether to include it as additional work or leave it for a second phase. I never do anything outside of scope without discussing it first.
With 30 days notice, yes. The contract has an initial 3-month minimum (the first month goes into onboarding and fine-tuning the system), but after that period you can cancel at any time.
Yes. The work is 100% remote. I work with clients in Spanish and English, in any country. Prices are published in USD and billing adjusts to each client's setup.
Yes, where it makes sense. I use AI to analyze data, detect anomalies and speed up repetitive processes. But the decisions and judgment remain human. AI is one more tool, it doesn't replace real business analysis.
We sign an NDA at the start of any service. All your information is treated as confidential, not shared with third parties, and not used for any other purpose. All access stays under your name.
Each price reflects a specific scope. Diagnosis, Setup and Monthly have public prices because they're standardized. One-off projects are custom-quoted based on complexity and time required. If a client has a tighter budget, the scope is adjusted, not the price for the same work.
NEXT STEP

Now that you know
how I work.

If all of the above makes sense, the next step is simple: a 20-minute call where you tell me what's happening with your business.
