If we decide to move forward, the Diagnosis begins. For two weeks I enter your operation: I review systems, spreadsheets, processes. We see the reality as it is, not the tidy version. At the end you get a concrete report.
With the report in hand, you decide. You can continue with Carmen, take the report and implement it yourself, or hand it to someone else. It's yours. No exclusivity clauses.
We start with a kickoff to confirm the final scope. Then I work on a clear schedule: you know what week we're on and what's being delivered. Everything documented, everything explained to your team at the end.
If you choose Carmen Monthly, the monthly rhythm starts: you receive your reports, we have our periodic meetings, and when you need something additional, you write to me. Everything under the agreed plan.
